S & H GREENPOINTS

Obtain an S & H GreenPoints card from the cashier when you grocery shop at any Lowe's foods store. You accumulate "greenpoints" whenever you buy food. You can donate these points to CORA, which we can use to acquire food from Lowe's for people who are temporarily in need in Chatham County.

Here's what to do:

1. Dial this number: 1-800-435-5674.
2. Stay on the line past options 1 and 2 to get an operator.
3. Tell the operator you want to transfer your Greenpoints.
4. The operator will ask for your name, address, birthdate, and the account number that is on your card.
5. You will be asked to whom you want to transfer points CORA's account number is: 420-21825-9777.
6. You will be asked how many points you want to transfer.

In 2006, friends of CORA donated more than (to come) Greenpoints to the CORA Food Pantry. These donations have enabled us to acquire almost (to come) CASES of food from Lowe's, worth over $(to come).
