We are seeking a Pantry Manager
CORA is a non-profit organization that provides food to residents of Chatham County during financial crisis caused by loss of jobs, health conditions, and other personal situations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. He/ she will be responsible for enforcing CORA’s policies in a firm but considerate manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong leadership, customer service, work ethic, and organizational skills are equally necessary. The candidate must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This job has a moderate physical aspect associated with the work. Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs. as needed. An excellent driving record is required as some travel is necessary. A college diploma and/ or experience in the industry is strongly preferred. Spanish fluency required.
The position is full-time with benefits including paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and holidays, as well as employer-paid, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
