CORA’s Mobile Market is a drive-through food distribution once a month to reach those who may not live close to one of CORA’s food pantries or who are unable to get to CORA during pantry hours.
At a Mobile Market, you will line up in your car and volunteers will bring pre-packed groceries to you. The groceries vary each month, but will include similar items that you would get at the pantry, including fresh produce, breads, meats, shelf-stable items like canned foods and rice, and more.
Mobile Market provides a week’s worth of groceries (about 21 meals) per family member. Coming to a Mobile Market counts as one of the two maximum visits to CORA Food Pantry per month.
Location and Time
*Please note that we no longer host a Mobile Market at Technology Way in Siler City, as CORA now has a Siler City pantry location.*
We occasionally host additional Mobile Markets at other strategic points around the county where food insecurity is the most prevalent.
